These Brown, 1 Cavity Trays fit the Modpac 16 oz 1 layer and the 32 oz 2 layer, 2 piece boxes. For fudge applications, plastic material is heat stable to 175° F. Trays are made with heavier material. Approximate 16 oz. fudge capacity, 12 oz. other capacity. Perfect for fudge (pour directly in), bark and flat mini molds. FDA compliant for direct food contact.
