Chefmaster Natural Red Liqua-Gel® color is a plant-based concentrated liquid food coloring (primarily Beets and Red Cabbage) that can be used to tint icings, fondant, gum paste, and cake frosting with a wide range of earthy pink and red hues. It can also be used in a variety of other low-heat or no-heat applications and was specifically formulated to not alter the taste, texture, or consistency of your finished products.
