The sweet smell and flavor of coconut conjures up visions of palm trees in the tropics. As part of a fruit dip, LorAnn's Coconut flavoring (also known as candy flavoring oil) can be the perfect fit to a themed party.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is 1/4; to 1/2; teaspoon per pound).
Suggested Use: One 1-dram bottle per 2 cups of 300 degree sugar.
