Spray candy mold and candy funnel (including stopper) with cooking spray. Pour hot syrup into funnel with stopper covering the hole. Slightly lift stopper to let proper amount of syrup into the mold. If making hard candy suckers, immediately put stick in place before syrup begins to set up. Let cool to room temperature. When candy is hard release from mold.
