Pomegranate flavor (also known as candy flavoring oil) is an increasingly popular fruity flavor that will tingle your taste buds with a sweet, tangy, exotic-berry flavor.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound).
Suggested Use: One 1-dram bottle per 2 cups of 300 degree sugar.
