Toasted S’mores Bark

The quintessential s’mores experience recreated into bark-style treats, complete with toasted marshmallows to capture that campfire flavor!  

Ingredients:

12 ounces Honey Graham Cereal  

12 ounces Mini Marshmallows 

24 ounces Milk chocolate, tempered -or- Milk confectionery coating 

Instructions:

  1. Spread the graham cereal evenly on a 13” x 18” parchment-lined bakery sheet pan, leaving no gaps between the pieces. 
  1. Spread marshmallows evenly over the cereal. 
  1. Toast under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown; allow to cool to room temperature. 
  1. Using a pastry bag, drizzle milk chocolate in a criss cross pattern over the top of the marshmallows, covering most of the surface.  
  1. When the drizzled chocolate is solidified, carefully turn the bark slab over and remove the parchment paper. Spread milk chocolate over the bottom with a large offset spatula to create a smooth chocolate bottom.  
  1. When the bottom has solidified, flip the bark slab over and immediately cut into pieces with a sharp cutter or knife.
