Special Order Procedure

Due to mishaps associated with special order items, we must initiate a special order procedure, in order to avoid misunderstandings and still provide excellent service to our valued customers.  We have set the following procedure for all special orders.

A Special Order is considered to be any of the following:

Items we do not stock
Items that exceed our normal stocking level
Customized items for your company

We will contact you if an order is placed that we determine to be a special order and a 100% non-refundable pre-payment may be required before we order the item(s).

Lead Time:

When you place a special order you will be given an approximate lead time. At that time, if the lead time is acceptable we can proceed with the order. Your signature will be required on an order acknowledgement to confirm acceptance. The required deposit will be due at this time.  

Linnea’s cannot be held responsible for extended lead times from the manufacturer.  

If your item has not come by a date you deem acceptable, you must call to see if cancellation is an option.

Cancellation:

Special orders may be canceled only if we are able to cancel the order from the manufacturer.

Returns:

Special Orders cannot be returned unless the item is determined to be defective by the manufacturer.
